I'm an in-person PT in Australia.

I was running my own clients across Trainerize, Square, Google Calendar and three group chats. That was the whole system.

PT Pro is the one tool I wish I'd had on the gym floor. So I built it. Clients book from a link. They save a card when they book. If they don't show, you mark the no-show and tap Charge. Programs, progress photos, measurements, messaging, revenue and GST invoices live in the same place.

I'm onboarding the first 10 Australian trainers personally. They get the Pro plan free for life and a direct line to me.

We're in beta. Booking, no-show fees, programs and client tracking are live. Polish and edge cases still land weekly. If something breaks, I want to hear about it.

What PT Pro is

Software for in-person and hybrid personal trainers. Solo PTs and small studios, roughly 5 to 50 clients. It's the only tool that combines booking, card-on-file no-show fees, programs, progress tracking, messaging, revenue and Australian tax invoices for the gym-floor workflow.

What PT Pro is not

• Not a nutrition or meal-plan app. We don't build that, on purpose.
• Not for online-only coaches. If you never see clients in person, Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit and Hevy Coach are built for you.
• Not for big gym chains. Elite (multi-trainer, white-label) is coming soon, but it's aimed at small studios.
• Not a native iOS or Android app yet. It's an installable PWA. Native apps are coming soon.

How it's built

• Solo, in Australia. One person builds PT Pro and answers support. PT Pro Pty Ltd, Sydney, NSW.
• AUD first. Prices, invoices and reports are in Australian dollars. Numbered GST tax invoices carry your ABN, and one click exports a CSV for Xero. Reminder time zones default to Australian regions.
• Flat pricing. Starter $19, Pro $29, Elite $79 (coming soon), all AUD per month. No per-client fees. See pricing.
• What it runs on. An installable PWA on Supabase (Postgres with row-level security) and Stripe for cards. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

What I'll stand behind

• Cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
• At least 30 days' notice, by email, before any price change.
• Your clients never pay for the portal.
• Your client data is yours. We don't sell it.
