Do my clients need to download an app to book?
No — clients book through a web link you share. No app download required. They book from their phone browser and the session lands straight in your dashboard.
Can clients see their own workout history?
The workout log currently lives in your PT dashboard. A client-facing progress portal is on the roadmap — for now you can share progress screenshots directly through the messaging feature.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — both Pro and Elite come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. Bulk import via CSV or add clients manually. There's also a quick-onboarding flow that sends clients a link to fill in their own details and goals.
Does PT Pro take a cut of my session fees?
Never. PT Pro is a flat monthly subscription — no commission, no hidden fees. What you earn is entirely yours.
Can I switch plans anytime?
